The Lakes of Oakland Forest is a private condominium community located in Oakland Park, Florida. We are surrounded by acres of open green space, shaded by mature trees with large canopies. The Lakes was built in 1984 and is one of 7 communities within the Oakland Forest Master Association/Community.
The Lakes buildings structure is comprised of 17 low rise buildings of 8 units, for a total of 136 spacious units. Every unit within The Lakes is a corner unit with their own private entrance, balcony, and laundry, with many of the units having a view of one of three lakes.
Each unit has one assigned parking space located close to the front door with ample guest parking at each building and throughout the community. The clubhouse and pool area are located in the center of the community and all mailbox stations and trash collection/recycling areas are conveniently located throughout.
